1st Grade students practicing asking friends how they were feeling in Spanish and tallying the answers on the chart.
Kindergarten started their unit on the human body! We began with bones and made pasta skeletons.
The 1st graders had to work collaboratively to save Fred the worm - each group got 1 worm, 1 life preserver, 1 cup, and a paperclip for each person.  They could only use the paper clips to get Fred back into his boat with his life preserver on!
