Save-the-Date: Screening of Warren Miller’s Daymaker - 12/3 (7 pm) & 12/4 (2 pm)
Please save the date for the RMAE Parent Teacher Organization’s (PTO) largest fundraiser* of the year - two screenings of Warren Miller’s 73rd annual ski and snowboard movie, Daymaker at Center Stage in Evergreen: an adult-only event on Saturday, 12/3 and a family-friendly matinee on Sunday, 12/4.
We will have food trucks, concessions, fun activities, raffle tickets/prize drawings/silent auctions, and alcohol for purchase at both events!
We are actively looking for sponsorships to support this event/fundraising as well as donations of goods/services/gift certificates for the prize drawing/silent auction. We would like to give RMAE families/businesses the first opportunity to support in this manner and get a little promotion in return! Please see the flyers linked here for business sponsorships and family sponsorships, including benefits of each.
*Funds raised will go directly to the RMAE PTO and be used to enhance the classroom learning environment of our children, support teachers/staff, provide financial assistance to families through a scholarship fund, and so much more (e.g., stage for our new Den).
Please reach out to Erin Clayton at eponeill3@gmail.com or Kate Blaney at katemblaney@gmail.com for more information or if you are interested in supporting as a business or family sponsor.
We can’t wait and look forward to seeing you there!
