SCHOOL YEAR 2020 - 2021 - Complete August 3rd through August 14th, 2020


Registration Checklist:

______   PARENT CONTRACT 2019-2020 - Online Google Form– Please follow this link to the Parent Contract.  After reviewing this document, you may scroll to the bottom to complete the sign-off.  

______   JeffcoConnect – Update parent and emergency contact information. *(1)

______   JeffcoConnect – Agreements Sign-off - Jeffco Student/Family Handbook (Code of Conduct) – Parent online signature is required*(2)

______   Student Fees – Payment can be made through Jeffco Connect beginning August 1st.

_______   PTO Membership, Sign-ups and Information – will be available at the ice cream social held just prior to the start of school in August as well as on AtoZ Connect.

Optional Registration Checklist - Updates, Documents/Forms:

______   Opt out Way-To-Go Schoolpool - Online Google Form – Please complete/submit ONLY if you DO NOT want your information shared with the RMAE community to assist in arranging carpools.

______   Proof of Immunizations – 
required ONLY if updated since last year *(3)

______   Health Inventory Update - Online Google Form – required ONLY if information on file has changed *(4)

______   2019-2020 Family Economic Survey Form -  Complete ONLY if seeking financial assistance.  Must be completed annually


*(1) Jeffco Connect Instructions
If you are having issues logging into Jeffco Connect and need assistance with your user ID or password, please contact the office staff. While in Jeffco Connect, please be sure your student’s information and your contact information is correct. When updates have been completed, please click on the ‘Summary’ tab (also found in the yellow box on the left side of the page) to review the student information.

*(2) Jeffco Connect Parent Online Signature Agreements - The Agreements Tab

  • Click on the student's name (must be completed for each student).
  • Navigate to the 'Agreements' tab found in the yellow box on the left side of the page.
  • Halfway down the page, find view and sign
  • Click the NEXT button at the bottom of the page after signing all document agreements.
  • Click SUBMIT (at the top left of the summary page) when completed.
  • Please complete for each of your students.
