Registration for Students New to RMAE (K-8) 

After a position has been offered and accepted for the upcoming school year, please continue with the registration process outlined below.

Important!  It is required that parents/guardians complete Early Registration for the upcoming school year. In the event of waitlists, the documents listed in the Early Registration Checklist must be returned/completed within 2 weeks from the offer acceptance, or the student's spot on next year’s roster could be forfeited. 

Early Registration CHECKLIST:

Copies of birth certificates and immunizations may be faxed to (303)670-1253, emailed to, or hand delivered to the school.

_____  Student Fees - Payment may be made through Jeffco Connect beginning August 1st.

_____  2020-2021 Family Economic Survey Form -  Complete only if seeking financial assistance.  Must be completed annually.  Forward to

_____  PTO membership, Sign-ups and Information
 – will be available at the ice cream social held just prior to the start of school in August, as well as on AtoZ Connect.

*(1) Jeffco Connect Parent Online Signature Requirements – The Agreements Tab

  • Click on the student’s name (must be completed for each student).
  • Navigate to the ‘Agreements’ tab found in the yellow box on the left side of the page.
  • Halfway down the page, you will find view and sign
  • Click the NEXT button at the bottom of the page after signing both document agreements.
  • If you have more than one student in Jeffco, please follow these steps for each student.
  • Click SUBMIT (at the top left of the summary page) after you have completed these tasks.
