NEW VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
1. Book Swap Chairperson (March Event)
Volunteer is responsible for coordinating and running the *new* Book Swap at the school in mid-March. Plans are already developed and approved by the school - we need someone to take them and run with it, including developing communications for families, finding event volunteers, managing the process (e.g., book collection, tickets for books, book organization, actual event on March 24/25).
2. Food Committee Chair and Food Committee Members
Volunteers will work together to evaluate food fundraising options for next school year, work on a survey to families, and potentially support the school in finding a different hot lunch program if necessary. The chair will also be the point person for the committee and liaison to the school and PTO Board.
3. End of Year School Event/Party Chair
Volunteer is responsible for coordinating and running the End of Year Event/Party at the school in May. Plans are already being developed and approved by the school for some parts of the event. This volunteer will help with developing communications being sent to our families, finding event volunteers, managing the process and event itself.
To sign up, please visit AtoZ and click Volunteer Opportunities. Questions? pto@rmae.org
