Thanksgiving – 5 Tips to Keep It Healthy

  • Eat Breakfast – You won’t be as hungry and less likely to overeat at dinner time.
  • Exercise Early – Take a morning walk or go for a jog before the festivities begin.
  • Stay Hydrated – Not drinking enough water could bring on hunger pangs, which may be thirst.
  • Use a Small Plate – Eat your Thanksgiving meal on a small plate because larger plates lead to larger food intake.
  • No When To Stop – Stop eating before you have the chance to feel full.
